Meditation – Observe – understand

Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood.

“Nothing in life is to be feared.” if you see this part of the quote reflect how we “RELATE” to a subject/object. This is what i call the root cause of “Thinking”

“It is only to be understood.”  this is mode of accepting as it is, with out any judgments. this is a state of “OBSERVING”.

Both together this all that happens in a Mind, this is what you will notice while meditating. you mind pops many thoughts, and distractions. all you have to do, observe it. by not slipping into thinking.
Observe the impulse of the thought,
Observe the impact of the thought,
on you.
this is how you know about you.
